I help CEOs increase their profits through marketing strategy.

How do I help?  For Financial profit, here are the three things I do most often:

  1. Identify which  products (or services) and which markets are the most profitable so that the business can FOCUS.  Most companies suffer from too many products and too many customers.
  2. Create a marketing plan that will effectively drive more profit.  The plan will usually involve (1) improving profits with existing customers, (2) using existing customers to help find new customers, and (3) reaching out to new customers in ways that they’ll welcome — whether in person, online*, or elsewhere.
  3. Help the CEO commit to a plan and stay focused on the plan.  (Knowing what to do is usually the easy part.)

Note that Financial profit is only one kind of profit.  ”Fun” profit and “Do Good” profit are also part of the equation.  My best clients integrate all three.
